Fast & Furious Star Tyrese Gibson Arrest Warrant Issued
Actor and R&B singer Tyrese Gibson, widely recognized for his role as Roman Pearce in the Fast & Furious films, is facing legal trouble in Georgia after his dogs were accused of attacking and killing a neighbor’s pet.
Neighbor Says Cane Corso Dogs Mauled His Pet
Police in Fulton County confirmed that a warrant has been issued for Gibson after his four Cane Corso dogs allegedly killed a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel owned by his neighbor, Harrison Parker.
According to Parker, the incident happened on September 18 outside their Buckhead homes. His 5-year-old dog, Henry, suffered severe internal injuries and puncture wounds, which court records link to the attack.
“I found my dog dead in my driveway,” Parker told “He was one of the sweetest dogs. To have him taken from me in such a violent way is indescribable.”
Authorities Say Dogs Were Running Loose
Investigators allege that Gibson’s Cane Corsos had been roaming freely through the neighborhood, leaving residents uneasy.
Capt. Nicole Dwyer of Fulton County Police Animal Services described the situation as preventable, saying:
> “It is negligence on his part as the homeowner and animal owner, just letting them roam free. And now they have killed an innocent animal.”
Police served a search warrant at Gibson’s Buckhead mansion on September 22, but the actor was not there at the time.
Tyrese Gibson Addresses the Situation
In response, Gibson posted a video to Instagram, showing clips of his dogs playing and reassuring fans that his attorneys are managing the case. He emphasized that he has no obligation to turn himself in and explained he is currently in Los Angeles with family.
While acknowledging the tragedy, the actor expressed sadness for his neighbor’s loss and insisted his dogs had never shown aggression before.
“I’m heartbroken over what happened,” Gibson said in the video. “I want to handle this the right way and make sure it’s resolved.”
Case Still Under Review
The investigation is ongoing as authorities continue working with Gibson’s legal team. Police stress that the actor remains responsible for keeping his dogs properly secured.
The case has also sparked debate around pet safety, accountability, and the responsibilities of owners of large breeds like Cane Corsos.
