Hollywood couple Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form have decided to separate after three years of marriage.
A representative for Daddario confirmed on February 20 that the pair have decided to end their relationship, describing the decision as mutual and made with “love and respect.” Despite the split, the two are committed to co-parenting their 15-month-old son and have requested privacy while they move forward separately.
Daddario, 39, and Form, 57, first met in New York City early in the COVID-19 pandemic. The chance meeting on a quiet downtown street quickly turned into love. The couple tied the knot in June 2022, with Daddario often speaking warmly about their relationship in interviews, describing their relationship as “just clicking.”
Best known for her role as Rachel Patton in The White Lotus, the actress has also starred in popular projects such as Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief, Baywatch and the acclaimed HBO crime drama True Detective. A veteran Hollywood producer, Form is known for backing major films including A Quiet Place, The Purge and Friday the 13th.

Form was previously married to actress Jordana Brewster, with whom she has two children, Julian and Rowan. During their marriage, Daddario took on the role of a stepmother while balancing her burgeoning careers in television and film.
The news of their split may have come as a surprise to fans, but sources close to the couple insist that the split is amicable. As they embark on this new chapter, both are focused on their families and professional commitments.
Although another Hollywood love story has come to an end, Daddario and Form seem determined to prioritize respect and stability for their children above all else.
