After nearly four years away from a full-scale run across the continent, Gorillaz are officially returning to North America in 2026. The Damon Albarn-led virtual group will cross the Atlantic this fall in support of their upcoming album The Mountain, bringing their genre-blending shows across the U.S. and Canada.
The 22-date tour will kick off on September 17 in Orlando, Florida, and conclude on Halloween night in Seattle, Washington. Along the way, the band will make a festival appearance at Atlanta’s popular Shaky Knees Festival, adding an extra highlight to the already packed schedule.
A long-awaited return
This is Gorillaz’s first extensive North American tour since 2022. Fans may recall that the band was scheduled to tour in 2023 but ultimately canceled due to “scheduling conflicts and circumstances beyond our control.” Now, with new music in the works, the animated icons are set to deliver their familiar live experience.
The project, co-produced by Damon Albarn and visual artist Jamie Hewlett, will once again blend cutting-edge visuals with a powerful live band. Albarn’s longtime collaborators will join the stage, transforming the cartoon quartet into a vibrant arena spectacle.
Special guests on most dates
Most of the tour stops will feature support from British rapper Little Simz and hip-hop collective Deltron 3030, adding even more energy to an already stacked lineup.
Major Arena Stops Across the US and Canada
The tour includes performances at some of the largest venues in North America, including:
Madison Square Garden – New York, NY
TD Garden – Boston, MA
Scotiabank Arena – Toronto, ON
United Centre – Chicago, IL
Ball Arena – Denver, CO
